God Loves Me in My Imperfections
Are you ever totally without flaws/blame? No? Okay, so weโre not alone then. PHEW.
So how, exactly, are we supposed to feel when we read things like Psalm 15 and it just goes on and on about how the only people who can dwell in Godโs โsacred tentโ (whatever that is) are those who are blameless, righteous, and…basically perfect?
At first, itโs like, โyikes. We donโt make the cut,โ but THEN weโre quickly reminded that actually, we do. And not because we are perfect, but because Jesus already was.
He was blameless, and he gave us the Holy Spirit to walk with us, and show us the right and best way. Do we get it right every time? Yeah, no… Do we keep asking for his help? Absolutely.

1 Lord, who may dwell in your sacred tent?

2 The one whose walk is blameless,
ย ย ย ย who does what is righteous,
