SUPPORTING SCRIPTURE
Psalm 115:11-15 Reading the Bible is an important part of how we can grow in our faith, but we know many people question why the Bible is not relevant for today. With its old language and confusing references, it can feel irrelevant or disconnected. But these Scripture meditations are meant to help you bridge that disconnect and encounter reasons why the Bible IS relevant.
Did God Forget about Me?
If you ever feel like God doesn’t care, consider the bigger picture.
Today, we’re in Psalm 115, letting Scripture widen our perspective of God’s long-term promises to bless and remember.
Join us through this Scripture meditation and the following prayers.
Psalm 115:11-15
11 You who fear him, trust in the Lord—
he is their help and shield.
12 The Lord remembers us and will bless us:
He will bless his people Israel,
he will bless the house of Aaron,
13 he will bless those who fear the Lord—
small and great alike.
14 May the Lord cause you to flourish,
both you and your children.
15 May you be blessed by the Lord,
the Maker of heaven and earth.
What This Teaches Us about God
- He does not forget us (v. 12)
- He helps us thrive (v. 14)
