If you’re a procrastinator, you’re not alone. Most of the time, procrastinating is harmless. We avoid homework, work assignments, laundry, or making that phone call…but eventually, we manage to get it done.
Yet some tasks shouldn’t wait.
Conversations about God can be super awkward and scary, making them easy to put off. But the Gospel is called Good News for a reason. If you’ve experienced the power of Jesus’ sacrifice for us, then you know why. Life is hard, but living for Jesus unlocks new love, purpose, and joy in life—even during difficult times.
Awkward conversations don’t always get less so, but what’s a minute of awkwardness if it means another person experiences God’s love?
It can be intimidating to know how to share Jesus with others, especially if you’re worried about seeming pushy or saying the wrong thing. But, if it’s God`s timing, the Holy Spirit will give you the right words and the right circumstances—you don’t have to force anything on your own.
So many people are ready to hear the Gospel, and God’s tasked us with sharing his love. Yes, it’s scary, but we have a Counselor to lean on, helping us not waste a second.
